Our calendar is packed with exciting events to keep the community engaged all year round. Keep an eye on the event schedule and announcements to never miss out on the action. Join the fun, meet fellow players, and become part of EarthPol’s continued legacy!

Event Registration

Guidelines​

If you're planning to host an event on EarthPol, please follow these guidelines to ensure it's fair, well-organized, and enjoyable for the community.

📝 1. Submitting an Event​

  • Submit your event proposal via the Event Registration Form below.
  • Your submission should include:
    • Event Name
    • Date & Time
    • Type of Event (PvP, building, trivia, diplomacy, etc.)
    • Location (in-game coordinates or Discord-based)
    • Brief Description
    • Rules/Mechanics
    • Required Staff Support (if any)
    • Prizes or Rewards (optional)

📆 2. Timing & Promotion​

  • Submit your event at least 3–5 days in advance for approval and adeuqate promotion.
  • Avoid overlap with other major events (check the calendar above).
  • Once approved, your event will be announced by staff and custom decals can be requested.

👥 3. Fairness & Accessibility​

  • Events must be open to all players, unless it's a nation-exclusive or invite-only RP event, which must be clearly marked.
  • Rules should be fair, easy to understand, and not give unfair advantages.
  • Any prizes or rewards MUST be awarded.
  • Staff reserve the right to deny or cancel any event that violates server rules or disrupts gameplay.
  • Any discord-based events must occur in the EarthPol discord server, provided the EarthPol Stage channel is available.

🎮 4. During the Event​

  • You (or your designated host) are responsible for running the event smoothly.
  • Staff may observe or intervene if rules are broken or the event becomes disruptive.

🏁 5. Follow-Up​

  • It is encouraged to post results or highlights in the form of videos or screenshots in #media.
  • If your event was a success, you may be invited to host recurring events or join our Event Team.

We strive to maintain a respectful and productive environment for all participants, and your cooperation is appreciated in keeping the discussion focused and meaningful.
